School Holiday Fun!

Teddy Gram Note Generator
I wonder what the children in E6 have been busy doing in the holidays?

Mrs Graham has been fishing in the Marlborough Sounds with her family.

Mrs Graham caught her very first fish. It was a Blue Cod.  It was so big that she had to let it go back into the water.

Sylvia has emailed me these photos of her special holiday.

Sylvie went to Pukaha Mount Bruce National Wildlife Centre with her family.  She got to see Manukura the special white Kiwi that lives there.  Sylvie's Mum said Manukura was asleep and curled up in a tiny little ball.

(Do you remember the story Kingston brought to school for us to read about Manukura, the special white kiwi?)

Here is Sylvia and her little brother exploring!
Sylvia got to stay in a hotel for the night! Look at her fancy bed!  Sylvia is holding the picture book that Joy Cowley wrote about Manukura. It is just like Kingston's book.

What an exciting adventure Sylvia! Thank you for sharing your photos with us.

Charlotte has been on a special outing.  She went shopping in Petone.

Charlotte bought a pretty pink box.
Pink is Charlotte's favourite colour!

I wonder what you will keep in your beautiful pink box Charlotte?  Thank you for sharing
 photo with us.

Jeven went on  holiday with his Mum and Dad, and little brother.

Jeven and his family went to Auckland, and the Bay of Islands.

Jeven visited his friend Brendan, and they had a great time together.

Can you see Jeven and his friend Brendan inside the scary shark?          (Be careful Jeven, that shark might be a very hungry shark!)

Jeven went on a boat ride with his Mum, and he played on the beach.

I wonder what you are holding in your hand Jeven? It looks like a very big shell.

Thank you for sharing your holiday photos with us Jeven. You look like you have had some great adventures!

Anika went to Avalon Park with her baby brother in the holidays.

Anika fed bread to the pigeons and the ducks.   I can see lots of hungry seagulls in the photo too!

I wonder how you can tell the difference between a pigeon and a duck Anika?

You might like to email Mrs Graham a holiday photo so that we can share it on our blog!
